I’ve experienced a good amount of success with the agency and therefore thought it’d be a nice, innovative idea to launch an e-boutique where consumers would be able to purchase the collections of Caption London’s clients. I did some brainstorming and spoke to all of my clients, and finally the Caption London Boutique was born. However, for the time being, it is simply a trial boutique that I will be running through Big Cartel in order to deem whether there is a demand for the collections of my clients, which I really hope there is. On that note, not wanting to single anyone out, Caption London Boutique offers free international shipping, meaning that you can purchase beautiful garments no matter where you are in the world.
As of today, launch day, the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, ‘Camouflage’, from European unisex brand Ksenia Schnaider and an assortment of sale items from Lithuanian womenswear brand Freak Factory‘s Autumn/Winter 2013 collection, ‘Rusty Heart’, is available to purchase. Items from British womenswear designer Dominique Kral will be added within the next couple of weeks, followed by JÖR by GUÐMUNDUR JÖRUNDSSON‘s debut Spring/Summer 2013 collection, ‘JEWLIA’, and Freak Factory’s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, ‘Love. Popeye.’, within the next month or two.
There are lots of beautiful garments available for both men and women through Caption London Boutique, so please do have a poke around!

I’m delighted to announce that, as of today, I am the ‘Managing Director’ at Caption London. Caption London is a unique boutique PR agency that I have just launched. The agency specialises in PR for an international assortment of independent and emerging fashion designers and brands. As independent and emerging fashion is what I truly admire, it seemed like the only logical option.
Some of you may be aware that I’ve been a freelance ‘Press Relations Manager’ for a number of designers and brands over the course of the past year and, with the experience and knowledge I have gained, I think that I can do a pretty good job at making Caption London a success!
At this present moment in time, the list of clients Caption London will be working with is relatively short, yet includes some admirable names. As of today, Caption London will be representing Italian, London-based womenswear designer Claudia Ligari; Irish, London-based womenswear designer Stephanie Grace Foy; Brighton-based womenswear designer and digital print specialist Dominique Kral, and European unisex brand Ksenia Schnaider by Ukrainian fashion designer Ksenia Marchenko and Russian graphic designer Anton Schnaider.
I’m incredibly excited about this new venture, and I’m hoping that it’s going to open some new doors for me and the blog. I will still be blogging as usual, and I can assure you that I’m determined to build myself an admirable reputation as both the ‘Managing Director’ at Caption London and ‘Fashion Blogger’ at That’s so New York. Also, please keep in mind that, for the time being, the Caption London website is incredibly simple, as I do not have thousands of pounds to have the website designed by a professional. However, I think that the basic WordPress.com template I’m currently using gives it a unique edge!
This is just the beginning of what‘s yet to come and, once again, thank you very much for all of the support you have given me over the course of the past year!
If you have a spare minute or two, please feel free to ‘like’ Caption London on Facebook and ‘follow’ us on Twitter to keep on top of any updates and events.
